We want you to love your shades, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like to exchange your eyewear for a different style, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your glasses in their original hard case and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
